Rhinebeck Restaurant
A renovation to a 250 year old building, this restaurant was originally the veddy British
“A Spot Of Tea” and later became the current
Thai Restaurant, “Aroi”. We also designed and built the contemplative fountain for the outdoor seating area.

From specialty buildings like banks and recording studios, to retail interiors, restaurants and hotels, we have extensive experience in creating work space that provides efficiency and as well as comfort.
Mercato Osteria - Enoteca
Red Hook, New York
At one time, it had been a brothel. Then, a bar. And when Chef Francesco Buitoni decided to open a restaurant here, it was a 200 year old building in disrepair. We restored what we could, renovated the rest, and created a kitchen worthy of this award-winning chef.

Literacy Foundation
Pine Plains, New York
A pre-school and educational center, this 5000 square foot building includes new construction
as well as renovation to an existing early 19th century building.
Rhinecliff Hotel
Rhinecliff, New York
Part restoration, part reproduction, this hotel stands on a very difficult building site, located alongside both the Hudson River and Amtrak
train tracks. With unique environmental demands, our office encountered and solved numerous engineering issues.
The end result is a hotel with 2 bars, a restaurant and catering facilities. Each of the 9 guest rooms is unique featuring reclaimed wood and tin from the original site as well as walk-in spa showers. The architect’s own original art graces many of the rooms and public spaces.
