Rhinebeck Restaurant

A renovation to a 250 year old building, this restaurant was originally the veddy British

“A Spot Of Tea” and later became the current

Thai Restaurant, “Aroi”. We also designed and built the contemplative fountain for the outdoor seating area.

Rhinecliff Hotel

Rhinecliff, New York

Part restoration, part reproduction, this hotel stands on a very difficult building site, located alongside both the Hudson River and Amtrak

train tracks. With unique environmental demands, our office encountered and solved numerous engineering issues.

The end result is a hotel with 2 bars, a restaurant and catering facilities. Each of the 9 guest rooms is unique featuring reclaimed wood and tin from the original site as well as walk-in spa showers. The architect’s own original art graces many of the rooms and public spaces.

Stissing Bank
Stanfordville, New York

A branch of this regional bank, located right in the center of town, needed to project a bigger presence. In spite of the rather small scale, we designed a building that gave them the sense of the grandeur of a major banking institution, as well as the feeling of welcome so importatnt to local customers.
