A small town bank undergoes a facelift and a minor addition to fully maximize the functionality of their small footprint.
While updating the look of the interior and exterior, the bank also wanted to add an ADA-compliant restroom, redo the night drop box and drive through area, create a vestibule for the ATM machine and add an area for safety deposit box viewing. David Borenstein, Architects achieved all of this through a minor addition, which required a variance and planning board approval. We also provided an interior design layout that increased the efficiency of the space and added more natural light through the beautiful cupola.
