An 1854 rooming house, aged ungracefully. The new owners envisioned the “Phoenix Rising from the ashes.” They ran aground midstream and called on David Borenstein, Architects, to get them back on course. After sifting through an endless amount of problems, The Rhinecliff Hotel reemerged with David’s signature creative touches from recycled materials throughout. It reopened in August 2008 to the delight of the owners and the community.
