Residential Architecture: Architectural Design and Extensive Renovation

Fallen Pines Farm, Milan NY

It all started with an abandoned camp site. One of our first clients, and one of the best examples of the fruits of a solid, long-term relationship. The Keyes-Del Guidice house has grown over the years to accommodate their ever-growing family and their ever-changing lives.

“I think of David as an Artist more than an Architect. [Working with David Borenstein Architects and Builders] has been a rewarding and fun collaboration.”

–Jaynne Keyes, Owner
